So instead of ranking the best players in the league by traditional position (point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward and center.) we have all seen these lists, they are made every year. I want you to make a list of the best players in the NBA at their modern/non traditional NBA position. Aka point forward, floor general, offensive/defensive ball handler, 3&D, mobile big, stationary big etc. There isn’t a set exact list that everyone accepts as the standard of what these new positions are. But each version of these new positions found via analytics I’ve seen it’s always 8-1 positions, that always include point forward, 3&D, stretch 4 etc. so take the most used terms for positions like these we’ve all heard before and rank the best players in the NBA this year by the position they actually play and not by the outdated position names we’re all used to seeing. You could pioneer some brand new content that is simply a remix of an old formula and I think way more than just me would live to see a “Player rankings for each modern NBA position”.
